Closing will be within 30 days from Auction date with Buyer and Seller each paying normal closing fees. Seller will bring up to date Abstract and guarantee clear title. Taxes will be prorated up to date of closing.

Personal Property:  Cash or Good Check with proper I.D. All items sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” with no representation of warranty either expressed or implied. Items not to be removed until paid for. Items become your responsibility once they are pronounced “SOLD”, and need to be removed on sale day. All applicable taxes will be collected. There will be a $50.00 charge on all returned checks.
